(8 Brass) (Level 4) All the elements of progressive mainstream jazz combine in this fiery composition honoring Mr. Leon Breeden and his many years of service to the jazz community. Wasting no time, this swinger goes immediately for the throat. An aggressive head gives way to wide open solo changes and a wild interchange between the wind and drums before pulling out all stops. Recorded on NTSU's Lab 88 and UNC's Alive VIII CD. No doubles.
