This composition, from Pat Metheny's 1987 album Still Life (Talking), has an insistent, medium even-8th Brazilian groove, an intense melody, and challenging, compelling changes. The arrangement, with its unison vocal line and active instrumental setting, integrates voices and instruments in a collaborative venture. Optional parts for 5 horns round out the picture. Features an improvised solo for any instrument or voice.
