(level V) This medium-up tempo composition alternates between a smooth, subtle Latin mood and aggressive swing sections. The piano solo (opt. guitar) allows plenty of freedom and space for development. Recorded on the University of North Texas Lab '90 CD. Harmonically interesting; soprano sax solo.

TIM McMILLEN earned his Master of Music degree from the University of North Texas and his Bachelor of Music degree from McNeese State University. While at UNT, he performed as a trombonist in the Two O'Clock Lab Band and was a teaching assistant in jazz arranging. Tim served as trombonist and Chief Arranger for the Air Force Band in Dayton, OH and is currently teaching band at Lewis Middle School in Sulphur, LA and a Visiting Lecturer to McNeese State Music Department as well as actively performing, composing and arranging.
