This fun arrangement will feature the members of your trio with several two-bar 'step-out' solos. The vocals alternate between unison and 4-part, with several 5 and 6-part chords. Open solo section will provide opportunities for your students. SSATBB with rhythm section.

KIRK MARCY is currently the head of the Jazz Studies Program at Edmonds Community College, where he directs the internationally acclaimed vocal jazz ensemble Soundsation, as well as teaching Music Fundamentals, Jazz History, and Vocal Jazz Solo Singing classes. Kirk has also taught both instrumental and vocal music at the junior and senior high school levels in the Lake Washington School District in Kirkland, Washington. Kirk's performing experience includes singing bass vocals and playing keyboards and brass for the Four Freshmen, and more recently, singing with a new a cappella group, Just 4 Kicks. In 1983, Kirk received his Bachelor of Music Education degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Northern Colorado, where he was a member of UNC Vocal Jazz I.
