(Level 4) A very non-traditional treatment of a traditional Christmas carol. This is a bright a cappella funk shuffle to which various percussion instruments (shakers, tambourine, cabasa, triangle) can be added to help it swing. The choir sings tutti at points and then divides into a male/female duet part backed by the rest of the choir. Overall, a very fresh, harmonic, rhythmic and polyphonic treatment of this classic song. SATB with rhythm.
