JOE HERBERT is a graduate of UNC with a degree in music theory and composition. Since graduating in 1989, Joe has been working as a professional musician and freelance composer/arranger in the Denver area, including three years with the vocal jazz quintet After Hours. His experiences include work as a clinician/adjudicator and jazz camp faculty member. Joe is currently a featured soloist on trumpet, piano and voice with Latin Fantasies de Feliciano Marin.

MARTI MENDENHALL was a singer and performer at the University of Northern Colorado where she completed a Bachelor of Music Education degree. She has performed with such groups as Edmonds Community College Soundsations, UNC's Vocal Jazz Ensemble I and Sus 4. Marti has recorded and performed extensively in Colorado, Florida, Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Northwest.
