BRET ZVACEK, trombonist, composer, arranger and educator is Director of Jazz Studies and Assistant Professor of Music at The Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York. Bret's charts have been performed at the International Association of Jazz Educators' Convention, the Montreux Jazz Festival, MusicFest USA National Finals, the Notre Dame Collegiate Jazz Festival, the Elmhurst Collegiate Jazz Festival, the Tulip Time International Music Festival and the Central District (Massachusetts) All State Music Festival. Currently an active educator and performer in the Northern New York area, Bret's professional credits include Bob Hope, Engelbert Humperdink, The Temptations, Disneyland and the Chamber Orchestra of Northern New York along with live and studio recordings in New York, Dallas, Europe and Australia.
