I am very frustrated in customer service. 6 Days ago I ordered this piece and have not been given any updates about the order until today. This after several attempts to contact customer service. I have sent at least three emails asking for help with this order. Furthermore, I have reached out to individual staff with absolutely no response. Additionally I have tried calling and the number always says not able to connect or dial a ten digit number which I did. The website says 24 hour answering for messages but I can not get through.
I have ordered before and had similar problems getting through or answers.
