A light Latin rock arrangement alternating between 2 and 4 feels. Both male and female vocalists have opportunities to improvise independently and in call and response fashion as well as the guitar. Instrumentation includes trumpet, tenor sax doubling on flute, alto sax, bass drums guitar and congas. Unpredictable!

JUDY ASHLEY is presently developing a Jazz Program at Brooklyn Technical High School in Brooklyn, New York. She previously taught at St. Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia; Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec; St. Joseph's College, Brooklyn, New York. Ms. Ahsley earned a Master of Music Degree in Jazz Pedagogy from the University of Miami, Florida and has completed course work towards a doctoral degree in composition focusing on Jazz and electronic music at New York University. Having composed and arranged for large and small jazz ensembles, vocal and dance groups, and musical plays, Ms. Ashley freelances as a composer/arranger and keyboard player in New York.
