VINCE NORMAN is an Oklahoma City native having attended the University of Central Oklahoma. Currently a Washington, D. C. based freelance saxophonist, composer and arranger, Vince's pieces have been performed by the U.S. Navy Commodores, the U. S. Army Jazz Ambassadors and the U. S. Air Force Airmen of Note as well as many local college bands.
