SONJA RAMIREZ is a 1996 graduate of Edmonds Community College, Lynnwood, Washington, where she played piano for the vocal jazz group, Soundsation, under the direction of Kirk Marcy. She graduated in 1999 with a music education degree from Washington State University where she studied composition/arranging/jazz piano with Dr. Charles Argersinger and student taught with Dave Cross. Currently, Mrs. Sarr is teaching choral music at Cascade High School in Everett, Washington and continues to compose and arrange music.
