This cappella ballad is full of warmth and surprises. The introduction features a call and response section by male and female voices that end with all four parts coming together in an open chord. Use of upper structures, chords in fourths and traditional harmonies are blended with unison melodies and pyramid effects. A key change occurs during the last eight measures.
