(8 brass) Commissioned by the Martin Murphy Middle School Jazz Ensemble in Morgan Hill, California, this hard-driving shuffle in blues form features solo space for tenor sax with optional solos for other players in the band.  There is plenty of variety in the chart including unison lines, interesting counterpoint, and a strong full-ensemble shout section.
